PEACOCK’S FAN WINE NOTES
Sauvignon Blanc can be a simple sip or a symphony of the senses, a moment of pleasure or an eternity of contemplation. We hope you enjoy this wine as much as we did making it.

COLOUR 
Pristine vibrant green tinged straw.

AROMA
Lifted fresh Sauvignon Blanc purity mixed with grapefruit and fragrant gooseberries.

PALATE
Mouthfilling pithy grapefruit juice and fresh layers of mineral like flavor in the middle palate before a long generous citrus finish.

OVERALL
Drink now.  With a zesty nose and a three dimensional refreshing palate, this sauvignon blanc is delicious served moderately chilled as an aperitif or a great counterpoint to seafood.

Alcohol 12.5% with a pH of 3.14 a TA 7.17 g/L. Residual Sugar 3.0g/L
